Inspired by her mother's cooking lessons and her sister's unexpected passing in 2006, Emshika uses locally sourced ingredients to blend traditional Thai cuisine with contemporary flair.
Her success has landed her on the Food Network's Chopped with Martha Stewart "Martha Rules: Tournament of Champion" show. And, she was recently recognized in 2021 by NH Business Review as one of New Hampshire's 200 most influential Business leaders.
